When I first moved to the US at the age of 12, I saw the very first model home (2 stories with stairs). I thought, "now that's what I call a dream home. I hope some day, I will get to own a house with stair and big like that." From that point on, I know what it means to have your American dream.
I have been a Realtor since after I bought my first condo in 1989. I was a new college graduate as an engineer at that time. But the experience of buying the condo made me realize how important it is to have a knowledgeable realtor and loan agent to work with. Someone who really looks out for your interests instead of their commission. Someone who is honest with you and does all the preparation work up front to ensure a smooth transaction. So I decided to get my real estate license.
I turned full time in 2004 and started my own company in 2009. Here at Advante, I want to hire agents who really look out for their clients, even if everyone's style and background may be different. Being able to do both mortgage and real estate has made my transactions even smoother as my clients only need to work with one person, and I know what realtors and lenders look for, and try to meet their needs/requirements while getting my clients the best deal possible.
